We highly recommend all personalized invitation & accessory orders be reviewed by the customer via an electronic PDF proof. This initial form of order verfication allows all parties the ability to change, correct and modify a large invitation order prior to production.

To request a proof you must create an Invite Papers online account. This personal account will be repository for all proofs, approvals and order tracking during the process.

All napkins and save the date magnet orders will provide an instant electronic proof during the ordering processing. All text changes must be made prior to ordering these personalized products since they are produced the very next business day.

Invite Papers ships your personalized invitation and accessories via UPS and USPS. Orders ship within 24 to 72 hours after all approved proofs have been received by InvitePapers.com and the order has been placed online. Orders with quantities of 5,000 or more pieces will receive an email with the estimated ship date.

Invite Papers orders are subject to current inventory supplies. If an order is delayed due to a limited supply, the customer will receive an email stating the current status of the order with an anticipated ship date.

Invite Papers ships in the United States and Canada.

Orders will not ship on holidays. If your order is received the day prior to a holiday or is received on a holiday it will be entered on the next business day and will ship in 24 to 72 hours from the order entry date.

If your order was produced incorrectly by Invite Papers, we will replace the order free of charge. Orders with incorrect information approved by the customer and produced will result in the order being reproduced at the customers cost.

Due to each order being personalized, we do not accept returned merchandise.
