What shipping methods do you use?

Orders ship via FedEx® and USPS®. FedEx Home Delivery ground service is standard. All other forms of FedEx® Service are available (as well as shipments by USPS®) and ship at their respective charges.

What is the difference between a Card and a Note?

A Card, also known as a correspondence card is a single flat piece of paper. At InvitePapers.com, the Card stock is 18 points in thickness, or approximately the thickness of a credit card.

A Note, also know as a Foldover Note is similar to a typical Birthday Card. The paper is thinner so it can fold in half. The Note stock is 7.2 points in thickness, or approximately the thickness of two pieces of notebook paper. All of our Notes have been pre-scored, so they can be folded easily. All of the Notes shown at InvitePapers.com list the folded size.

How do I place an order for invitations & accessories?

Step 1: We recommend that before beginning this process you create and log into our InvitePapers.com system. This will assist you with keeping track of all your invitation & accessory requirements.

Step 2: Select the appropriate invitation design you like best and begin the ordering process. We suggest looking at all of the product details by selecting each item's link for more details.

Step 3: We recommend starting with the invitation & envelopes first. Select the "Personalize" button next to the invitation design you require for this order.

Step 4: Fill in the invitation text for your event. InvitePapers.com offers suggested invitation text to help you get started. If you choose any of our suggested text you will need to modify the names, dates and locations to correspond with your personal event.

Step 5: Select any additional elements required for your invitation such as paper color, ink color and foil color.

Step 6: Once you have created the text for your invitation select the "Save Personalization" button prior to moving beyond this section of your order. By selecting the "Save Personalization" button you have now made sure you will not lose this important text. You also have the ability to apply this saved personalized text on to other invitation designs.

Step 7: If you are interested in changing the lettering style or size of the letters you may do so by selecting the "Tweak Text Formats" button. This section allows you the ability to change lettering style, size and text alignment on a line by line basis. Once you have completed any requested tweaks select the "Save Tweaks" button to save your changes.

Step 8: Once the invitation text has been saved you can move on to the return address envelope portion, if required. If you would like a return address printed on your envelopes fill out the appropriate fields and indicate paper color and ink color, if required. Many of our envelopes offer an envelope lining option, to add this to your order simply select the appropriate lining color option.

Step 9: Once you have completed your return address information you need to select "Save Personalization" prior to moving beyond this section of your order. By selecting the "Save Personalization" button you have now made sure you will not lose this important text. You also have the ability to apply this saved personalized text on to other invitation designs.

Step 10: If you are interested in changing the lettering style or size of the letters you may do so by selecting the "Tweak Text Formats" button. This section allows you the ability to change lettering style, size and text alignment in a line by line process. Once you have completed any requested tweaks select the "Save Tweaks" button to save your changes.

Step 11: To continue with your ordering process select the "Continue" button located at the bottom of the page. This button will return you to the complete product listing section.

Step 12: Upon returning to the product listing page you should now see a green check mark next to the item you have completed. This item is now complete. Please proceed to the other required items you need and follow these same steps.

Step 13: After you have completed the personalization portion(s) of your order you should see all of your selected products with green checkmarks by them. Please verify the quantity for all items as well. If you have an item you do not wish to order simply set the quantity value at zero and it will be removed from your invitation set.

Step 14: Once all of your required products are prepared and display green checkmarks you will have the option of requesting a proof from InvitePapers.com at no charge or ordering your invitation by "Adding to Shopping Cart" and purchasing the requested products.

Step 15: InvitePapers.com is delighted to offer free proofs. We can save a proof on our site and notify you via email when the proof is available for viewing. Rest assured that only you will be able to view the proof since it will be protected by your user name and password. Once you have viewed the proof, you can either request changes to the personalization or complete the purchase.

You must either log in to your existing account or create a new account in order to receive your InvitePapers.com proof.

How do I place an order for everything else?

After you have selected the item that you would like to purchase fill in the personalization information. Please be certain to fill in all of the requested information such as, paper color and ink color. After you have completed the order information select "Continue". At this point you will see the personalization information you have entered, please verify it is correct. If the information is correct select "Continue" and proceed into the shopping cart. If you require changes please select "Modify" and make any necessary changes.

If you would like to order another product you may do so by following the same steps. After you have completed the ordering information for all of your choices select "Check Out".
