You ordered a beautiful cake for your reception. I remember. It was a four tiered orange spongecake covered with pink and tangerine butter cream frosting, filled with strawberries and raspberry filling with more whipped cream. So my fiance and I just got engaged two weeks ago and now I am on invitepapers looking at invites because it’s time to start thinking about everything. I just married my girlfriend that I met online three years ago. I love this post because it’s so true! It’s hard to find someone you want to spend tons of time with and my wife is wonderful. I knew you were coming so I baked you a cake, not just any wedding cake but the cake that would stop traffic when guests enter the dining area at the reception. First we couldn’t decide on chocolate on chocolate ganache, red velvet with french buttercream, hazelnut spongecake with a mocha buttercream, black forest cake with dark and white chocolate ganache, or any other variety of sinfully rich, unique flavored cakes that are an even bigger feast for the palate Carrot, Espresso, Gingerbread and the list went on and on. We just got our thank you cards that we ordered and they look very nice. We started filling them out and sending them off last week this morning and while it makes us feel good to give a “thank you” that’s oficial our hands are so tired. Great selection though and we will be back!

Baby Naming is not Easy

Exciting News! I am over 6 months pregnant now. My husband and I are both very excited and recently found out we are having a baby girl. I always thought baby naming would be really easy and a lot of fun. To our surprise it has been a lot a work and a little bit of a challenge. We Started by looking at baby names online

We had already decided what the baby name would have been if we were having a boy. He would have been named after his dad, Frankie, and his middle name would have been taken from my dad, Robert. 1,2,3 Easy! But since we are having a girl, we have pulled out the name books.

There is one girl name I really like, but, my husband works with someone with that name, so he just doesn’t feel comfortable using it. Surprisingly enough our taste in names is a bit different from each other, my husband likes the traditional girl names and I like names that are a little less common.

The Baby shower is coming; we have ordered our baby shower invitations, baby shower party napkins and baby thank you cards. A baby is supposed to be a bundle of joy bursting free with no worries, no obligations, a vision of joy for the proud parents. So far this year Pippa is the girl’s name that has gained a great deal of popularity. Philippa is the more formal version but they both mean lover of horses. Kate, Eula and Aiden, boy’s name, are on the rise this year as well. No one has made a complete tabulation for the year because babies are continuing to be born. Last year the top five girl’s name were Emma, Olivia, Sophia, Isabella and Ava. The top five boys names were Mason, Liam, Jack, Ethan and Noah. Thinking about proposing ?

A wedding proposal should be fun and exciting. Your proposal should suit you and your significant other. There are so many creative ways to propose, make sure to make it special. This is a story that everyone will be asking you your entire life. Get Creative and make it good.

First, think about how you first met, where did you meet? Can you tie it into your proposal and add a twist. Is there somewhere you have always wanted to go; a restaurant, a theater, concert park or vacation? This would be a great time to go to that new place and make it an extra special occasion. Or are you more into a routine, do you have a favorite place or something you always do together, something special that makes you think of the person when you are there.
