Reception Satisfaction

Henry Springs @ 4:57 pm

Margaritas, Cosmos, Cherry Rum Recipe, Manhattans and Washington Apple Shots are a few refreshing cocktails you’ll have on tap at your reception. Most guests will expect mixed drinks, wine, beer and non alcoholic beverages. But a champagne and cocktail section won’t satisfy everyone. Weddings, small and large alike, are a big production and the reception usually is a production within itself. I recently caught wind of a wedding reception, 225 guests with an open bar that requires three bartenders. Of course your wedding reception may not be as big but you’ll want the same amount of options whether your reception consists of a party of five or 500. You’ll want the perfect combination of personalization, every detail to be in perfect order, creating the perfect harmony. You’ll want to serve a Signature Cocktail that matches the color scheme, energy, theme and design of your Personalized Wedding Beverage Napkins and Guest Towels, a style that looks and sounds delicious that goes along with everything else.

Choose your color and style. We offer an impressive array of Personalized Wedding Napkins that will surely add an signature to your wedding reception cocktails and open bar offerings in the most unique and indulgent way. Our 5”x5” Napkins in 27 or more different colors will certainly light up the day or night. We have an array of colors; from burgundy, orange, purple, lavender and candy or classic. Colors can be set off in fourteen colored foil stamps for a package of 100 Personalized Napkins or 50 Guest Towel Napkins. Colors, monograms, and embossing can create warm and wonderful impressions for you to laugh, drink and be merry. They’re the one small detail that captures so many stolen moments after the reception is gone.

khass @ 9:11 am

If you are having a fall or winter wedding you have probably begun the countdown already. You are probably pretty well organized at the time and have everything you need book. That is such a great feeling. Now you are just waiting and taking care of the small odds and ends. Things like dress fittings, maybe getting a new outfit for your honeymoon, looking at wedding favors, stuff like that.

Have you ordered your wedding thank you note cards? If you haven’t I would suggest you take care of that now as well. This way you will have your stationery notes before you even get married, which means if you plan on going on a honeymoon, they will be all set for you when you get back. You want to try and send you wedding stationery thank you cards within a month of the wedding. Ordering your stationery now will just give you one less thing to worry about after the wedding is over, because you are going to be exhausted.

Invitepapers.com has a large selection of thank you notes to match any wedding style. You can match your thank you note cards to your wedding invitations or pick a totally different style. The thank you cards can be a little less traditional if you like. I really like the monogrammed or embossed thank you cards. You can choose printed wedding thank you notes as well. Invitepapers.com offers a great selection of ink colors you will be sure to love. You can even have your address custom printed on your envelopes this will also save you time.

Wedding Shower Season

khass @ 2:14 pm

Today I go the most beautiful embossed wedding shower invitation. As soon as a I saw the elegant invitation I knew exactly whose wedding shower it was for, my Friend Emily. Everying about the invite said class and luxury; I know that’s exactly how her wedding shower will be. I read the beautiful black script type, it had all the shower details and is going to be held right down the street next month.

I immediately grabbed the registry information and was on my way to Macy’s. I love having first dibbs on the wedding shower gift. An hour later I got the best gift on the list. Very pleased with myself I headed home and wrapped it right away. Showers are such a great way to get a new couple started on their life together and get them a few of the things they will need for their home.

As soon as I wrapped my shower gift I realized I forgot to get a shower card. I have seen embossed monogram gift enclosure cards online. I think it would be elegant to give with the gift and i can write a personalized message inside. I’m glad I thought of this now, it will give me plenty of time to order and have them shipped, I will even have leftover note cards for my next shower gift.

A Roaring Twenties Wedding

Barret @ 2:53 pm

Well did you think about revisiting the 1920s? Well what a wonderful time for a wedding?

Wedding planners are already giving guidelines how to make it happen. It was an era characterized by great industrial growth followed by the end of WW II. Consider lace dresses for bridesmaids, matching table cloths and wing tipped shoes for the fellas. This was an era greatly influenced by inventions and discoveries, greatly accelerated by consumer demand and hopes. Cars changed options and infrastructure changed to match complexities. A great time to get married, yes or no? The Roaring Twenties as they rolled in would be a great throw back theme for a wedding. “Jazz and dancing” will surely evoke the mood of nonchalance, freedom, and having a great time will surely light memories, interest, and more activity at the reception to follow.

Don’t just serve cocktails at your wedding; have a full scale Cocktail Bar. Offer custom printed napkins in classically simple colors: White, Ivory and Yellow or bright colors to make a stark contrast and all together different statement for the wedding day: Pistachio & Candy Pink, Pastel Blue & Orange or even Mocha and Lavender. Whether combining colors for Classic , Paris, or Madrid Foil Stamped Monograms or have found your comfort zone with Granada, Estate, or Foil Stamped Napkins we have the napkins to make the most of your authentic 20s cocktail offerings. Try a number of nostalgic cocktails: Champagne Punch, Old Fashioneds, Mint Juleps, Bacardis, Red Death, Colonys, and Mary Pickfords. You’ll need to check your stock of Bacardi, Absolut Vodka , Domain Chandon NV Imperial Champagne, Cointreau, Seagram’s Gin, and Jim Beam Bourbon. Be sure you’ve got plenty of our beverage napkins to go around   the cocktail and buffet table. You’ll remember the best wedding of the spring and having the time of your life with the best food best cocktails and best personalized party napkins as you’ll be reminded weeks adter the wedding is gone.

Guest Towels Can Go With Anything

Barret @ 10:17 am

Holiday parties, scheduled and unscheduled get-togethers typically ring in the holiday season. Rooftops aren’t yet dusted with snow and kids aren’t anxiously awaiting reindeer clatter on roof tops with the hopes that Santa Claus will soon be there. It’s times like these that the  small, intricate details of soft even luxurious gift towels and napkins through InvitePapers carry on the tradition that they’ve made through all of your celebrations throughout the year. What is your favorite InvitePapers Personalized Beverage Napkin and Guest Towel and why? Do you have a set or a few handy in case of an emergency? Elise Foiled, Foil Stamped Family, and Oxford Monogram are Personalized Guest Towels that will surely twinkle.

Keep small intimate experiences in this holiday season.  Christmas carols softly playing. The symphony orchestra softly churning out the Nutcracker’s theme in lurid stereo. The scene ends with everyone sitting down to   cups of cocoa artfully seated on your favorite Personalized Guest Towel Napkin.  I’ve still got Seville Monogram Foil Stamped Guest Towels left from an early event this year.  With small groups like your immediate family and Alan and Erin across the street they add a unique sense of style. Just place your cup of cocoa on the napkin and arrange Christmas cookies, smores, or pieces of fresh fruit like apples, pears, or an assortment of dried fruit. There’s not a lot of fuss, not a lot of clean up but a lot of conversation for a holiday moment that will be gone to soon but certainly not the laughter smiles and unique holiday cheer that our finest in personal InvitePapers will help you to keep running for third time to come to another.

The Allure of Wedding Napkins (part 2)

Barret @ 3:56 pm

Personalized wedding napkins are the perfect way to show your guests that you cared enough to pay close attention to the simple things and want them to remember this moment in time with you by personalizing it as much as possible. That every time they use that napkin throughout the night, they will always remember you and how special this event truly is.

The fact that the bride and groom paid this close attention says a lot. It tells you that this isn’t an ordinary reception, and that they aren’t just a commonplace couple.

Nothing says romance more than a wedding, and personalized wedding napkins just add to the allure. Whether you choose embossed or foil-stamped lettering, your napkins are sure to make an impression. The font you choose can be either simple and understated, or elegantly monogrammed, depending on your personal style.

Sure, it may not be the most significant event of the evening if people ran up to you praising your personalized wedding napkins.

But hey, what if it was? They actually noticed!
