The wedding is on its way, sooner than you think, have you allotted yourself enough time, are you planning your own, maybe you’re the proud mother in law to be? Regardless of who you are if you have a wedding to plan you’ll be asking other people more questions than you planned and arranging a schedule to get everything done. All things aside, first things first, how many people will you be inviting? Do you know where you can get the best personalized wedding invitations? Have you looked at InvitePapers.com selections yet?
Weddings can conjure up so many unique scenes and images. You’ll want to make those golden moments last for as long as you can. Guests are already leaving the church to head to the reception in the park. Personalize Invitations heralded the garden wedding and reception to follow. No one knew you rented it. The backyard wedding reception is adorned with lots of extra personalized napkins, coasters, and wedding favors and extra wedding reception menu cards at the front of the reception near the cocktail bar. The whole scene has you stop to catch your breath. The guests are just beginning to arrive and the presentation is breath taking. You want to capture that same type of magic for your own wedding and you can’t help but notice the personalized monogrammed multi-colored beverage napkins, monogrammed luncheon napkins and guest towels, the understated touch of elegance that they give to the whole affair.
You’ve heard this before. You will hear it again, and again and again. Your wedding invitations will be the first and only introduction your guests receive for the fated day. Take advantage of the opportunity. Most advise you to select “the perfect invitation” when in reality there is no such thing. Your personalized wedding invitations should create a mood, express an emotion, get your guests attention and demand they respond quickly. Bright and festive colors are attention getting but would your guests be turned on more by unique color combinations like purple and pale blue or pastel pink and burgundy. One thing is certain about creativity, it will get you noticed. It can lend itself to truly personalized invitations where you might even try quotes from literature or lyrics from a song to make your wedding’s theme more relevant, effective and more entertaining to prospective guests.
InvitePapers.com offers a truly rich and extensive selection of personalized wedding invitations in traditional, romantic, and modern styles with just as many fonts and lay out options. Bel Amour, Bourdeaux, Catania, Embassy, Gold & Navy Minuet Knightsbridge, Marseilles, Yorkshire, La Tour, Pearl Chablis, Coventry, Dover, had to mention a few. Many are raised, embossed, monogrammed, bordered in elegant patterns, rich textured paper in your choice of lettering that you can further personalize with your own composition.
Taking great care to select and send personalized wedding invitations will mean you will want the same theme reinforced in every aspect of the events that make up the day. Personalized wedding invitations should let the guests know to expect something special. Whatever happens after the ceremony will only reinforce the idea that the wedding was a once in a lifetime event, ladened with attention to quality and detail represented in the arrangement of the buffet, cake table, cocktails, and food islands or whatever you’ve organized for your guests. I went to a wedding last weekend in Minneapolis. As a critic of invitations, personalized stationery, and personalized napkins, I found myself in the role of participant and observer. Oh, the wedding was my nephew’s. Back to the subject – he’s twenty-nine and the bride is twenty-something.
Their invitations were nicely crafted, possibly made on their pc. The invitations included a nice color theme – an aqua blue that was featured in the typography and the paper choice. The motif was two birds, facing each other. Wow, this is starting to sound boring ! Let’s get onto the weekend events:
Friday night was rehearsal dinner, Saturday afternoon was the wedding. The reception was at 5:00 pm and there was a brunch on Sunday morning. A complete weekend, indeed. Let’s start with the rehearsal dinner. It was at an ornate Italian-themed pasta restaurant very close to the University of Minnesota campus. I’m so sorry, I cannot remember the name of it or I would give a plug – it was a little ragged around the edges, but in a surprisingly good way – in other words – it was old and spacious with plenty of character. There were at least fifty guests, maybe sixty or seventy – a large rehearsal dinner by my standards. But, I see that this has been a trend. Is it possible that rehearsal dinners could sometime rival the wedding reception itself ?
The wedding was in a modern church with a western wall that was all glass or nearly so. Music during the service was simple. There was a grand piano with a classical pianist and beautiful music was the order of the day. Die Traumeri by Schumann was dreamy (of course) and reverberated nicely off the modern hard-edged walls.
The reception was held on the campus of the University in an ultramodern hall in the Campus Alumni building. If you’re ever on the campus and have a chance to see this building, and hopefully, enter it, I recommend this – the space is asymetical and suprising in its use of materials, edges, and flat planes. This hall was a large cube with a very high ceiling. With 150 or 200 attendees, everyone fit nicely. The buffet dinner was wonderful. The DJ did a great job. Everyone danced. What an evening !
All in all, it was a nicely planned wedding with a nice progression of events and excellent attention to detail.

Monograms are a “lovely” way to personalize napkins, invitations and general events. Monograms were first used by the Greeks and Romans to identify rulers on coins and distinguished mass produced possessions. In the middle ages they were used by artists to identify their work. So why should you use a monogram, what’s in it for you, better yet what’s in it for your guests?
During the Victorian era monograms became a symbol of the wearer’s place in society. Married couple’s monograms evolved from there. The bride’s first initial is on the left with the groom’s first initial on the right. The larger initial for their last name is in the center. This is still the way it appears on most monogrammed personalized napkins, invitations, table settings, personalized thank you cards and related personalized stationery today.
Monograms have become a big trend at weddings. A monogram is a great way to make your wedding party or event a one of a kind affair with monogrammed personalized stationery, personalized napkins, personalized invitations, and coasters. In fact they could become the whole theme for the wedding. They literally proclaim the new couple as an item, hot property, and pair with a signaturized logo. Their monogram usually uses the first letters of their first names and the one letter from their new last names. Monograms of bride and groom’s guests are often used at table settings at the reception or dinner. They will be helpful reminders of what the couple’s new names are and how memorable the wedding actually was.
Monogrammed personalized wedding napkins and invitations create a unique logo, style, or signature for your event. Monograms have the ability to enhance the wedding color, scheme and add a special “touch of elegance” that makes your presentation stand out. Whether you are using the wedding couples initials or initials of selected guests monogram napkins, coasters, place settings and personalized invitations can make your guests feel special be creating an allure around you and your event that it didn’t have before. The monogram adds a unique calling card or signature for personalized invitations, cocktail, luncheon, dinner napkins and coasters that stand out and are recognized as your unique calling card, helping guests recall you and the fond memories of your wedding, party, or event.
InvitePapers.com has an extensive line of monogrammed personalized cards that are perfect for weddings, announcements, reminders; birthdays, graduations, barbecues and just about anything else you’d like to use it for. Right now there are about 47 types of monogrammed notes and cards that run the range from eco friendly to not. London Monogram, Geneva Monogram Note, Eco Capital Note, Diamond Monogram Bordered Note, Classic Frame, Whitlock Monogram Note, guest towels and monogrammed napkins are a few of the distinct monogrammed products InvitePapers.com offers. In all there are about 159 monogrammed products, 13 personalized stationery sets, thank you notes, invitations, personalized napkins, corporate stationery and gift enclosures, picture those few.
When you think of your wedding celebration it is helpful to think of it in terms of creating the right atmosphere and how you can signaturize it. If you’re looking to create a unique buzz for your wedding, anniversary, birthday party, or unique celebration monogrammed stationery, invitations, note cards, and personalized napkins are just some of the ways you can make your event and memories of it “very special.” InvitePapers.com can design your own monogram invitations and accompanying wedding accessories all at its one stop shop. Make your wedding reception a celebration to remember. Your wedding night will undoubtedly eclipse all of your other preparations but the reception, the reception after the big moment will definitely stand out. Personalized napkins will surely make a difference in how the wedding reception is celebrated. Magic moments like this don’t come along every day and with a little extra effort of personalized wedding napkins you can inexpensively enhance your wedding arrangements, color scheme, and quietly watch as something unexpected becomes unexpectedly extraordinary.
Picture your buffet, wedding cake table or bar at your reception. Are you serving cocktails, have you bothered to plan out the color scheme? Believe it or not these are considerations you will take into account before you consider and decide on the smaller things, as in how the personalized napkins for the wedding cake will be arranged, whether or not you’ll order matching cocktail or beverage napkins, coasters, toasting glasses or luncheon napkins? Believe it or not but truly, truly “remarkable” events are achieved in finer details and the right personalized wedding napkins will help your celebration make a statement better than anything else can. They can be placed near the cake, arranged around it or the buffet, in seats, table settings, just about anywhere.
There are a variety of styles and brands of personalized napkins that you can order to further enhance, uniquely celebrate your wedding reception and day filled with events. They are available in limitless sizes, shades, prints, patterns and letterings. The more unique the color or combinations, the brighter, bolder, or starker the statement of custom printed initials, messages, lines from marriage vows, and nicknames can become.
InvitePapers.com offers a unique selection of foil stamped personalized napkins and appropriate logos for weddings, anniversaries, or bridal showers. Colors stream in 15 selections: ivory, burgundy, green, lavender, pastel, pink, mocha, red, teal, sage, and more. Traditionally personalized wedding napkins are offered with bold monogram, metallic foil, gold leaf, silver bordered, foil stamped and other variations. Keep an eye out on InvitePapers.com for new product lines.
Trends with personalized napkins are always changing and growing. Personalized wedding napkins shaped like a bride holding her bouquet or a groom in his tuxedo have become all the rave in New York this spring. If you’re not concerned enough to have a personalized napkin tailored featuring the bride and groom on a wedding cake, there are countless other ideas you can use to create a unique presentation that will be enjoyable, memorable, and create an atmosphere where your guests will feel like they are having the time of their lives, along with the bride and groom. Maybe you’ll present personalized napkins with the bride and groom’s initials, little known facts about their lives, guest’s initials or next year’s anniversary date along side of their initials or anything that will commemorate the event and create fond memories of the wedding that was for all involved.
Remember whatever size wedding or situation you find yourself in personalized napkins can add that touch of elegance that creates a fond experience and fond memories worth far more than what you paid for them. Decide if you want the complete set of personalized wedding accessories; consider the colors, styles, prints. You may decide not to buy the swizzle sticks, coasters, and bubbles but investing in a beverage or cocktail napkin and a matching dinner or luncheon napkin only makes practical sense. It also makes plenty of sense to review what’s available and order ahead of time in case the font, printing, monograms, or colors don’t look exactly as you envisioned them. More times than not, customers are pleasantly surprised by their orders. The sky is the limit, regarding your options. Call InvitePapers.com Customer Service line for questions about anything.
